I have twins 3 month old ,my baby have low weight what to do for fast weight gain. boy have gas problem after burp

feed as often as they seem hungry or want comforted, offer more breastfeeds, feed from both breasts at each breastfeed.
If you're concerned, meet with a lactation consultant or your pediatrician.

Take sunbathing daily with her head and ears covered in the morning
massage them with the Babyhug massage oil
mom should take nutritious and easy to digest food
mom should take supplements as suggested by doctor
