Use a seat extender/footrest pillow (if airline allows) so your child can stretch or nap comfortably. Offer snacks or a drink during takeoff and landing to ease ear pressure.
Bring their favorite soft toy or blanket — it gives comfort and helps them nap. Keep things calm, talk about the plane ride, and enjoy the journey together!

Your child likes to play with something like a lot of kids prefer doing scribbling or playing with toys in their hands and a careful with it then you can carry some of those toys for yourself and carry some food because kids really get hungry sometimes and use earplugs are cotton while travelling that will help in avoiding air pressure or make your child sit on the window seat and make your child look outside that’s the best thing because it is so beautiful that kids actually getting engaged with that very easily
