Q.

i have stopped breast feeding almost 10 months ago and still i get milk in breast if i press. is this normal or should i go to doctor

A. hi usually it is ok but if there is other symptoms like severe pain , tenderness , etc then better to visit your gynecologist for once wear loose fitting Cotton clothes keep your self well hydrated.
