I have severe tail bone pain whenever I sit for long hours. Mine was a c-section and I went through labour pains too and took epidural also. So, whenever there is a pain I am not able to get up. I generally get up after holding something.

A. coccyxdynia vhfor further advice in this regard you better consult your doctor for physical examination investigations if required then only proper treatment can be given and advise also in this regard
