I have severe hair fall after delivery. it started in my second month after delivery. now my baby is four months old

ExpertDr. Mohammed imranPaediatrician3 years agoA. post partum hair fall is quite common due to hormonal changes add boile egg Take a well balanced nutritious diet add more fruits and vegetables in the diet add dry fruits powder in the diet maintain hygiene sterilize all the utensils thoroughly to avoid infection

please use avla aritha shikakai powder mixture for washing your hair
please give gentle massage with aloe vera gel or you can use Babyhug olive oil
please take daily sun light exposure
