I have pain while urination n it's colour is also dirty like

khyati patelMom of a 5 yr 8 m old boy3 years agoA. I think your body is not hydrated properly, drink a lot of fluid then you will not feel the pain atleast have 3 ltr water daily

Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm
Burp well after evey feeding by holding your baby in straight right position and wait for burping atleat ten minutes
Apply coconut oil or olive oil twice daily
Consult with your doctor in person for proepr physical examination and treatment
Maintain hydration
