i have noticed a white spot on my left nipple and its pain while breast feeding my baby. tried giving hot compress but pain is there. please let me know what it is and a remedy for it. pic attached

A. the baby is 10 months of age if you're giving breastfeeding to the baby that chances of blocked ductwhich is causing pain for you continue to feed the baby and put hot compress take paracetamol for relief of pain
