Q.

I have low milk supply. To increase it i am hand expressing it in frequent intervals. Do i need to pump instead of hand exprssion to increase milk supply?? Which is good option? Baby is not latching for longer time as supply low. So i decided to try other ways.

A. I am already taking supplements. Nothing worked as of now.

A. You can take a good lactation supplement pumping a milk with a machine or your hand is not going to increase your breastfeeding a lot of women believe that it happens it doesn’t happen because the body will only have the amount of milk that your body is making expressing it out is not going to make any difference
