Q.

I have low milk supply since couple of days. I have been taking tab Domperidone and lactonic granules since one month but there are no signs of improvemen, instead its amount is reducing day by day. What should i do now??

A. Include more of liquid in your diet along with that start taking Shatavari powder one time as in just because I am suggesting you can take it three times in the day with milk or water what ever you are choice is see if that helps you and if it is also not helping that means your body is generally not producing sufficient feeling so that case you will have to shift to powder milk only
