Q.

i have left sternum pain and nipple pain chest pain too i had showed doc they priscribed antibiotics and did ecg came normal

A. according to the symptoms it is advised to get a proper consultation done with your doctor so as to get the proper treatment suggestion after examination it is difficult to comment here like this.. only after knowing proper details and finding the clinical signs and symptoms it is possible to comment.. your treating doctor isl the best judge to assess the conditvion and treat accordingly
