I have just started self feeding its been 3-4 days, he only eats 2-4 bites otherwise he starts throwing and playing with the food but dont force feed him little worried that is it ok?

A. dear mum , it is fine it is childs way of exploring food with touch , feel it goes a long way in developing healty eating habits after child has eaten u may hold food in your hand n ask child ifhe would want to eat
