I have just completed 5 months and I'm a pregnant of 23 weeks old. I had lot of regi pallu can someone pls let me know if this is good for health? or should I stop eating them?

A. hi if you are talking about ragi, you can eat include other foods also which are good in protiens like dals, eggs, chicken, paneer, curds variety of vegetables and fresh fruits
