i have iui on 4th may 2023. after 4to 5 days i feel pain and irritation in right lower abdomen. what is the reason of this pain on abdomen and pelvis area

my 9 months completed baby boy was not eats food .....he is exclusively on BM from.birth what I had to do..please moms help me
