Q.

I have hairfall and scalp has frequent outbreaks of dandruff. facial skin also has acne frequently.pls advise

A. you need a first line of management to cute your dandruff issue, that will help to reduce acne too.. , it's preferable to visit a skin specialistr, for further evaluation and exact treatment or management.
