Q.

I have fissures after delivery it got worse, I'm in extreme pain since last 2 months. Doctor has advised me to go for a surgery. What should I do?

A. this is a simple surgical procedure which you can undergo Further it is advisable to consult your local doctor for appropriate examination of the baby physically and if there is need to do any investigations if required

A. Hello good morning !! Consult doctor and follow as per his instructions. But as you have baby to look after for avoiding Constipation have more water, fluids, Fibre foods (fruits and vegetables, Cereals- citrus fruits, tomato, carrot,beet root, radish, cucumber) to increase bowel movements and avoid hard stools,do Tummy massage with warm oil daily. For pain relief soak dry figs/dates (2-3) overnight and have it early morning with empty stomach along with water . Take 2 spoons of Rock Salt in muslin cloth heat it for a while in a pan and check heatness (that you can bear)and keep on fissures or on that area this will relieve from pain.
