Q.

i have fever for the last two days..mow i consulted a doctor and after inhections and medicine i feel better..but my 3 year old daughter has got fever..she is still beastfeeding..i have given dolo syrup prescribed by her doctor..what else to do to make her feel.better

A. Fever is a response of the body to any kind of infection or any inflammatory process in body so you can give paracetamol in a dose of 15 mg/kg/dose as the first line treatment also this dose can be again repeated after every 5 to 6 hours ifw again required and you can also do cold sponging of the body to reduce fever
