My son is 11 years old and he is having fever since last 2 days. I consulted a doctor and he prescribed paracetamol and antibiotic but after taking paracetamol the fever is not reducing. The temperature was 101 to 102. than i given to nise medicine after taking this the fever suddenly down . So I want to know which medicine is better for fever..

A. It is not advisable to give nimusulide it's not safe compared to paracetamol Fever is the response of the body against foreign infection like virus bacteria etc no need to use any medicines unless the temperature is more than hundred degrees
