I have fever and doctor prescribed me taxim o tablet, can I still breast feed my baby? does it have any effect on baby through breast milk

A. You can take no problem and you f you only have fever and no other symptoms then dolo will also work but if there is some kind of infection then you need to rahe the medicine prescribed by your doctor
