For hair fall massage your hair with coconut oil and to it add curry leaves and methidana seeds boil for 15 min, and Keep overnight and then strain and use this
Also include pumpkin seeds, flaxseeds, fruits and vegetables, paneer, eggs, milk, curd, soya, sprouts, dala in your diet as they are good for hairs and weight loss
