Q.

I have delivered a baby girl through cesarean on 25 feb but my Tummy size is like I am 4-5 months pregnant. what to do for back in size? and how much time it will take to come back in size? please suggest...

A. hi parent please take well balanced diet please include green leaf veggies and fruits and different seed and nut in your child daily diet please do some exercise and yoga for one hour daily please maintain hygiene properly with Babyhug multipurpose cleaner
