I have c section .n now back pain lot and abdominal pain still what I can do ???

If needed tzhe doctor will go for investigations

Mam when did you have your C-section surgery and all that you haven’t even any details so I like to tell you that a lot of times when you get an epidural done into your spine for the C-section surgery these are the after effects of that so you can ask your doctor start doing basic exercises which you can do lying down on the bed like Keagle exercises and all the very helpfulWrite Your Answer Here
