I have c section delivery before 3 months .I have a gas problem so frequently how to relief from this

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 3 m old girl11 months agoA. Have water with fennel seeds along with that also I’m going to recommend you that you should make sure to have a carrom seeds and rock salt after every feed every meal that you are having with some warm water that will help
