Q.
I have breastfed my daughter for 20 months now and with the plan for weaning her off. I spent 3 nights in a row without her. I am feeling heaviness in my chest, is it ok to express milk ? Also should I consider my daughter is weaned off ?

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist1 Year agoA. Namaste Mom, Yes masaage your breast , as the milk which is still produced is expressed out. also stop one feed at a time , that would be good
