Q.

I have been using babyhug breastpump. after pumping for almost an hour, I only get 90-100 ml milk and my breasts are left feeling sore. When I check manually, there is still milk left and breasts are not empty yet. how can I increase this supply?

A. hello mommy you can do manually also if that feel better for you . and can feed baby directly to increase supply as baby will sich milk will increase . .
