I have been exclusively breastfeeding and on demand,my nipples are always sore,cracked and it hurts badly,I’ve used certain nipple creams regularly but works only an hour or so after appliance,please help me out,it makes BF so hard for me

A. use virgin coconut oil, it gives best results

A. you need to give intermittent gaps in between to make your nipple give time to heal as well as you can apply nipcare ointment and do to apply over the painful areas
