Q.

i have been diagnosed with pcos on right ovary ..how can I cure it naturally periods are delaying due to this . please suggest

A. you need to take medicine for some time. take iron calcium and multivitamin regularly and have a good diet routine and lifestyle. do yoga or meditation regularly

A. hello actually a complete diet should be changed some of the medications will be given and few like workout exercises may way are there a proper proper dietician course might work in this
