Q.
I have been blessed with twin boy babies but sir their HB is quite low i.e 7.1 and 9.1. Pls tell us to give them proper diet which increase the HB and best mediocre with dose too. Age of babies is 8 Months.

Hello mom according to their values the paediatrician will prescribe iron drops , also you can give Them dates , soaker raisins you can soak it over night and make paste / juice along with the water , figs , jaggery , also green leafy vegetables, organ meats of preferred , seasonal fruits and vegetables etc lentils and legumes as well
