I have after delivary somuch hair falling give me treatment n suggestions

it might be due to hormonal changes which occur in the body post pregnancy.
very important to take all the supplements like iron folic acid vitamin b12 calcium vitamin d and other supplements.
drink plenty of water and and take seasonal fruits vegetables along with only homemade diet.
go for regular scalp massage and if it is still not improving the condition take help of skin specialist or trichologist

please use avla aritha and shikakai powder mixture for washing your hair
you can apply aloe vera gel or natural mehndi hair pack with curd or egg once a week
please take daily sun light exposure
