I have a tendency of having pain in my lower back region, I am 12 weeks pregnant. last time I convinced I had a spontaneous miscarriage around 7 weeks. my last memory of the pregnancy is also back ache. so should I be concerned?

Backache is common in pregnancy
If menstrual cramps or pain or spotting see your gynecologist
Use local hot bags and pain killer cream or oral meds as required
Avoid bending from waist, bend with knees folded
Massage your back
Sit upright with back support
Take a course of vitamin D
Take calcium supplements
