I have a severe back pain and I am 7th month pregnant

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 1 Year agoA. Syp dashamoolarishta 4 tbsp with equal quantity of warm water should be taken twice daily which is effective for back pain and also other body ache complaints
Regular oil massage for a few days is also very effective
for instant relief you can take painkiller but avoid regular use
