Q.
I have a boy baby who is 8 months old i breastfeed feed him. He only has mother's milk he doesn't have any food or even cows milk or lactogen too. Can you help me with this?

try variety of food items in different food groups like vegetables, fruit, pulses, dairy products etc
for example you can offer finger food like boiled potato , sweet potato, carrots , seasonal fruits , roasted paneer etc
you can prepare sheera, rab, porridge, khichdi, soup, dal rice,upma etc for your child.
