#asktheexperts My one year old does not drink cows milk or formula milk . But he is on breastfeed and food only. Does this affect his growth in any way?? Is cows milk or formula milk compulsory??

A. dear parent, it is not compulsory to feed cow milk or formula. you can continue to breastfeed till 2 years. you can give cow milk in the form of recipes like porridge, kheer and milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. you can also add dry fruits powder to the cow milk to enhance the taste.
