I have a baby 2 and hAlf of month old .delivered by. c section and birth weight is 2.9kg .right now her birth weight is 4kg .her pee count is ten to 12 times per day.and stool count is 2times..I m ebf her .she is very active .attained smiling nd cooing .. wat is de expected weight gain .her miles stone s are gud

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 6 yr old girl4 years agoA. it is ok for now .Mother feeding should be exclusively till 6 month of ageif possible. If not possible then milk formula should be given with proper dilution . After 6 month can start with top feed along with cow milk .

The Child has gained one KG 100 g that means 1100 g in two months that means your child has gained a very good weight gain a minimum of 550 g in a month so that sounds extremely good to me so you continue feeding in the same pattern don’t worry about the weight
