Q.

I have a 8 month old baby.I need to know about proper Indian food chart for the month. can anyone suggest me please?

A. Good Growth of the child is very important and for this most important is that child should take a healthy diet where its necessary to give a balance diet which should contain all the nutrition required. This is very important for building the immunity also. Encourage for green vegetables fruits dairy products all kinds of dal and other protein containing food items like soyabean eggs etc. Some nutritional deficiencies can be a cause for less appetite like iron deficiency which is most common. Supplements like iron supplements rt and multivitamin with lysine like syp zincovit CL can be given for 1-2 months to increase the appetite. Diet counselling is also very important .

A. Siri is a very standard diet for everybody porridge khichadi mashed banana mashed potato vegetable purees vegetable soup pumpkin soup fruits of all times can be given to the child along with that you should give good amount of dairy products varieties you can prepare out of Suji Ragi oats and quinoaWrite Your Answer Here
