Hello mom massage your breast well after every feed , and hence that would help to ease out any lumps if so may cause and interuupt the flow of the milk.

You may take a heathy diet such as include garlic , flax seeds, panjiri, dry fruits , jeera, ajwain or saunf water, milk , drumstick , fenugreek leaves , oats etc keep your self hydrated with fluids
