I have a 4 month old baby boy and wanting to give him a pacifier as he suckles his fingers a lot and cries to if not allowed to suck on the nipple or fingers. could u advise which pacifier shud I purchase and if it will hamper his dental growth?

A. Hi you can give silicon based teething rings or toys to chew on.. gently massage the gum pad area with clean finger tip or moist cold cotton cloth to facilitate the eruption process of teeth
