I have a 2 year baby her teeth is getting black day by day is it cavities? if yes what should I do?

these are stains either due to lack of proper oral hygiene or due to intake of iron supplements.
consult with your nearest Pediatric dentist for proper clinical examination and maintain proper oral hygiene
