groups especially seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. consistency of food should be like that of Ghee. add Ghee to every meal. use top milk to prepare recipes like porridge, kheer and give as milk products like curd, paneer. avoid fruit juice and soup. continue to breastfeed baby.
AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 8 m old boy1 Year agoA. Once ur baby completes six months then u can start with cerelac,daal ka pani,ripe banana, ragi porridge,mashed rice etc.
This will help in weight gain of the baby.
