Q.

I have 5days old boy,he has 8.7 jaundice and consulted doctor he Sao normal but I am still worried he us crying very much

A. this is physiological jaundice common in babies and will be reducing soon no need to worry yttAnd further it is also advisable to consult your local doctor for appropriate examination and for any investigations if required and to take appropriate medicines depending on the need o k

My new born is just 8 days old he has been diagonised with jaundice on 4th day and doctor suggested a phototherapy for 1 day then it's been normal so doctor discharged us. at the 7 th day of my baby doctor asked us for follow up then again he is diagonised with jaundice in the range of 21.9 srb . he is in phototherapy now .is this normal or have to worry is jaundice will get reduces pls help me.
