Q.

I have 5 months twin boys both are weight 5.2 kg above they are facing cold n coughing n throat problem as per my last prescription I have maxtra drops mucolite drops but I don't have gudcef drops I don't have can I give azitral 100 instead of gudcef which is not available at my near medicals PLS suggest

A. it is ok. Breast milk is very necessary for the growing baby specially for the first 6 month of life and should be exclusively. If due to any reason not possible then only top milk should be given to the baby .

A. Hi parent Some home remedies keep a bowl of chopped onion near her bed approx three feet far over night take sunbathing daily with her head and ears covered in the morning keep her away from the exposure of wind and dirt. keep her hydrated by breastfeeding well
