Q.
I have 5 months old son . from last 10 days breast milk is not coming and he is not taking formula milk .I am worried what to do for increasing my breast milk

Increase the water intake for yourself every day at least 3 to 4 L of liquid including water along with that also I would recommend you that you should take some lactation supplements if they help in increasing your breast feed and ride Ki formula with the help of a spoon that normally Woakes
