I have 5 mm stones in my kidney. Please suggest which veggie grains and food I should avoid.

See it is not necessary that your food is only responsible for the kidney stones and also you should take a proper diet plan with your doctor and nutrition is going to help you with right kind of diet plan it is genuinely something that you need to avoid or consume more the doctor would be able to assist you on that
