I have 4andhalf month baby .now I feed breast milk only but thing I have pure breast milk so i think to start solid foodfor my baby .which food is I give her

A. Hi mom mother should exclusive breast feed her baby till six months. once ur baby completes six months then u can start with cerelac,daal ka pani,ripe banana apple puree pumpkin puree mashed rice etc as the first food.
