i have 4 months old baby..i am breast feeding now..shall i drink green tea with honey during breast feeding

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. Yes off course you can have green tea with honey while breast feeding the baby and eat a healthy and nutritious diet and drink plenty of water and avoid oily fried junk foods

AbhayaMom of a 16 yr old boy4 years agoA. Hi mom Yes u can drink green tea with honey. It will not effect ur baby. Anything taken in moderation is fine. U can have 1_2 cups of green tea daily. Exclusive breastfeed ur baby till six months. Take care
