A. abdomen belt is being advised after delivery so as to maintain the organs to the positions normally it does not help to reduce your timing the best way to reduce your tummy is regular exercise you can see a 7 minute workout on YouTube which are followed for 12 months we will see good effects

A. Yes Well most of the people use it after the delivery like right after delivery if it is normal delivery they can use it from the same dates and if it is a C-section delivery that certain times you can just wait for a month and then you can start using it
