I had stopped breastfeeding 1month ago my baby is 3 months old can I start it again what should I do to increase bm?

A. Hello my dear parent! Include methi, roasted makhana, jeera, saunf in your daily diet. Consult a lactation specialist for further assistance in this matter. Continue feeding your baby well on demand
