I had ordered the Yamaha musical duck track from firstcry and I had received it as well but it was not working properly so I applied for return and it was approved also and the agent came to my address to pick that up but I was not in the house that day so he called and told me to say OTP to get the return cancelled but I asked him what about my return so he told that you can apply for return again tomorrow. But now there's no any option for returning the product. So please do help me to get it returned
