Q.
I had normal delivery last mth on 16th April and all stitch got healed but one is left.. normally how many days is taken to heal stitches

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 4 years agoA. no need to worry if only one is remaining it may give get healed within some time as the internal stitches Heal tell this time and only external maybe remaining just apply regularly Betadine ointment over the area and maintain proper hygiene

It may take a month or two.
But it's always advised to take complete rest up to about three months after delivery
For normal delivery the said time period is small but to be on safe side it's better to keep the duration about there months
