Q.

I had normal delivery and my baby is 5 month my periods started from the next month after postpartum sometimes I'm having normal periods and some times periods plus light spotting after 5-10 days of periods. This month I'm having cramps from 5-6 days but periods are not coming. My last period date was 24 December and than had light spotting for 2 to 3 days from 9th January. Is it normal during breastfeeding?

A. Hello mommy Yes it’s okay and Normal due to hormone changes Do abdominal stretching exercise and go for walking every day atleast 15-20 minutes stay hydrated avoid junk food and bakery products like maida bread avoid stress stay happy

A. Sometimes these things can happen due to hormonal imbalance which is very very common after delivery when you resume with your periods for six months can be unpredictable for this so I would recommend you to have a consultation with your gynaecologist once
