Q.
I had delivered baby on 27 jan 2022 through c - section and as per last report my sgpt and albumin level is slight above the margin level. for which I was only suggested take care of my diet. Now my problem is that i am feeding ky baby but not producing enough milk because of my diet. what should I eat in this situation which will not harm sgpt level or feeding process

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello mom for that majorly you. Need to avoid high sugar and fried foods and all sort of refined and processed foods like cookies , bakery’s foods , bread etc
Try to prefer only vegetarian diet and avoid non veg foods and other high protein foods and fats like cheese , butter , carbonated beverages
